A little hurricane known as a residue fiend tore the inflatable starting from the earliest stage a carnival in Yucheng province.

Nearby experts said 18 other kids and two grown-ups were taken to emergency clinic. One kid was in a genuine condition while the rest were being treated for minor wounds.
